Simple Snack Packs Protein Punch
The other day, my wife introduced my to something called "Fage Greek Yogurt" (pronounced Fa-yeh). Im not really a big fan of yogurt, but I noticed it had over 15 grams of protein per serving, just 7 grams of carbohydrates and no fat!
