Starting Position
Sit on the seat and hook your feet under the padded lever with a small beach ball between your knees.
Procedure
- Extend your legs upward, squeezing the beach ball with your inner thighs.
- Lower the weight slowly until your feet are no further back than the knees and the thighs are stretched.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
Coaching Keys
- Don't lift your hips off the seat and cheat the weight up.
- As you extend your leg contract the abdominal muscles.

In your inner and overall upper thighs.

Improves quadriceps strength. This helps increase skiing stability and the ability to hold an edge.
