Starting Position
Standing Beside BOSU
Procedure
- Make sure BOSU is blue side up.
- Step on to the BOSU with both feet.
- Get your balance.
- Center one foot on the BOSU and lift the other foot into the air.
- Stabilize for suggested amount of time.
- Repeat with other side.
Coaching Keys
- Get your balance before standing on one leg.
- Keep abdominals tight.
- Keep a slight bend to your knee.
