Medicine Ball Wood Chop

Equipment Needed

Medicine Ball

Starting Position

Standing with arms overhead.

Procedure

  1. With your feet wider than shoulder width, clasp your hands in front of you.
  2. Pull your arms up behind your head.
  3. Squat down while "chopping" your arms straight down.
  4. Stand back up while pulling your arms up behind your head again. Repeat.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your back straight and chest up.
