Fit Ball
Starting Position
Kneeling on floor.
Procedure
- Kneel on the ground and lay a fit ball in front of you.
- place your forearms on the fit ball.
- Roll the fit ball out in front of you.
- Use your abdominals to roll back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
Coaching Keys
- Keep the abdominals tight or flexed.
- If you have lower-back issues don't perform this exercise.
