Starting Position
Standing with hands grabbing handle.
Procedure
- Begin with feet shoulder width apart and hands gripping handle slightly above shoulder level.
- Slowly bring the hands down across the body in a wood chopping motion, squatting down with the opposite side leg.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
- Repeat with the other side.

- As you are bringing the arms across the body lean into the opposing hip.
- Keep the abdominals tight or flexed
