Barbell Roll Out

Equipment Needed

Barbell

Starting Position

Kneeling on floor.

Procedure

  1. Kneel on the ground and lay a barbbell in front of you.
  2. Grasp the barbbell with both hands.
  3. Roll the barbbell out in front of you.
  4. Use your abdominals to roll back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep the abdominals tight or flexed.
  • If you have lower-back issues don't perform this exercise.
