BOSU Crossover

Equipment Needed

BOSU

Starting Position

Hands on floor shoulder width apart. Feet on floor shoulder width apart.

Procedure

  1. Start in a push up position
  2. Walk one hand on to the BOSU and follow with the other hand while moving your feet across at the same time.
  3. Walk one hand off the BOSU, followed by the other hand and feet.
  4. Repeat in the other direction.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your torso flat or parallel with the floor.
  • Add a push up on either side to make more challenging.
  • Keep the abdominals tight.

You Should Feel it...

In your chest, abdominals, shoulders, hip flexors.

Exercise Purpose

Improves overall core and upper body strength and endurance.
