Perfect Posture
Improving your posture will help decrease your potential for injury in the lower back, knees, ankles, shoulders, and elbows. For perfect posture, keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down and your stomach drawn up and in. If youre standing with perfect posture, your ears should be in line with your shoulders, your hips with your knees, and your knees with your ankles. If youre seated, there should be a line between your ears and hips.
